the honey dryer can dry up to 6% water out of honey (e.g. from 22% down to 16%) in a matter of 24 hours. the machine can operate with 50 kg minium to 300kg maxium per batch. powerconsumption is 1kw per hour.
easy starting: the honey dryer is always ready to work and can be operated even by unskilled labor. the controls are: on/off, switch for starting the rotation of the disks, swich to start the drier and a thormstat (adjustable between 30oc-40oc) to control the inner temperature of the dryer. the reservoir containing the extracted water will be emptied by a proper gate.
